Magnesium, a natural mineral, is a nervine, known to calm the nerves and even treat anxiety and alleviate daily environmental and emotional stresses. Magnesium plays a key role in muscle strength and health, so it can be used to aid the relief of cramps, muscle twitching, and relief from that overall stiffness and imbalance. It also aids and improve cognitive function like memory, concentration and mental processing abilities and reaction time; therefore, it is also believed to improve the quality of sleep. 
The benefit of the magnesium being in a solution form, is that you can apply it evenly over the legs, feet and arms for the skin, our largest organ, to absorb into a cellular level and have it available for the muscles almost immediately for an instant relief. Magnesium is also an anti-inflammatory, so it will aid the body in fighting inflammation and therefore relieve inflammation related pain. 
 
Directions of use: 1-3 times per day, and especially before bedtime. Spray onto the back of the knees, under the arch of the feet (sole), armpits and on the legs and/or arms where the cramps are most prevalent. Can also be used before and after exercising to promote healthy muscle conditioning and avoid aching. 
Avoid spraying on broken skin, but if you do, the burning sensation will dissipate quickly with no harm done (this is also valid for freshly shaven armpits or legs).
